2 peeled apples
1 egg white
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup of whole wheat gluten-free oat bran
Sprinkle cinnamon powder (to taste)
Mix the apples, whole egg, egg whites and banana in a blender.
Pour into to a bowl and add the yeast and oatmeal.
Stir well and place into a non-stick pan.
Cover with apple slices and bake for 30 minutes over medium heat.
Wait until the cake is golden brown before removing.
Sprinkle some cinnamon and serve!
