1. After thoroughly washing the apples, stick a skewer in each one of them.
2. In a pan, over high heat, add sugar, a little water and a few drops of dye.
3. When the sugar starts to caramelize, turn off the heat. Don?t let it harden.
4. Dip the apples quickly into the caramel, so that they are completely covered. Let stand on vegetal or butter paper. If the caramel starts to harden, reheat. Let cool and eat!
