Diet Apple Pie


2 ½ cups of oatmeal.
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
150g light margarine
1 cup all natural sweetener
4 medium apples, peeled and chopped
100g raisins
1 whole egg
½ cup of skim milk.


1. Make a large ball with the flour, cinnamon, margarine and sweetener. Line a cake pan with a removable bottom (22cm in diameter) with half of the ball, pressing the dough with the back of a spoon to form a uniform layer. Spread the chopped apples and raisins over this layer.

2. Cover with the remaining flour without squeezing, leaving it loose and with a few chunks of dough, so that they are crunchy after baking. Beat the egg and the milk together. Pour over the pie and bake in a preheated oven at medium heat for about 35min. Cook until golden brown. Disinfect after cooling.
